•Responsibility for the products and solutions as well as for technical support in the field of RAN incl. BTS/BSC/NodeB/RNC/eNodeB/OSS etc…
•Project implementation - responsible for 2G/3G/4G/5G RAN network equipment design, commissioning, integration, quotation and technical support during network/feature deployment or swap;
•Level 1/Level 2 technical support service to the customers independently or together with a support section;
•Supporting our customers from any technical perspective, and enhance our relationship in the primary key accounts;
•Provide technical training / consulting to internal teams, customer and subcontractors;
•Working in Shifts and being available 24X7 for handling Core Operations.
Work Requirements
•Bachelor Degree or above in telecommunications and electronics, or any related fields.
•Have at least 3 years experience in Telecom area.
•Good knowledge of system topology and principles of at least one of the main technologies (GSM, UMTS, LTE, OSS etc.).
•Ability to implement and supervise installation, commission and maintenance independently .

2)Core Network Enginer
Key Responsibilities
•Design, implement, and maintain Core Network infrastructure with a primary focus on IMS and PS services and Cloud Core architecture;
•Integrate and manage LTE and VoLTE services within a virtualized Core Network environment;
•Provide expertise in NFVI environment, ensuring efficient project planning and implementation as a technical leader;
•Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery;
•Conduct regular assessments of risks in the core network elements according to company’s guidelines and implement solutions and fixes as needed;
•Troubleshoot complex network issues in physical and virtual network layers, ensuring high availability and network performance;
•Prepare technical documentation and reports for core network activities as required;
•Maintain a proactive approach to identify improvements and support future network enhancements;
•Plan, organize and execute network operations, including capacity expansions, release upgrades and patch updates in all kind of Core Network elements as required;
•Working in Shifts and being available 24X7 for handling Core Operations.
Work Requirements

3)Core PS/CS Network Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
•Troubleshooting of PS/CS Core (VLR/GMSC/MME/PGW/DRA/STP);
•Fault Handling in Co Ordination with NOC and Back Office team;
•Daily Report analysis and action plan for critical metric Dip;
•Change Request handling and Co-ordination with SRF Team for getting execution done;
•Pre and Post testing for Change requests and impact analysis;
•Ensuring Core Node Backup and Preventive maintenance Process;
•Customer Complaint resolution in coordination with TSG team;
•Adherence to Guideline shared by Customer /Central Team for aligning;
•Working in Shifts and being available 24X7 for handling Core OperationsDrive continuous improvement of both online and offline marketing tools and processes, enhancing user engagement, brand visibility, customer loyalty, and overall business impact.
Work Requirements:
•Bachelor Degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or any related field
•Strong understanding of Core Network nodes and Wireshark trace analysis.
•Proficient in troubleshooting Packet Data issues and Core Network call flows.
•Knowledge of IMS Networks and a focus on operational efficiency.
•Strong leadership and collaboration skills to manage small teams.
•Clear communication and customer-centric problem-solving skills.
•Ability to make independent decisions in high-pressure environments
4)IP/Datacom Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
•To manage and handling the Maintenance operation on the IP/Transmission network products;
•Maintain the live network and troubleshooting the network problem to restore the services within the SLA;
•Provide filed maintenance and technical support for transmission network based on maintenance contract;
•To monitor and audit on implementation activity and perform rectification for live network work;
•Have a strong communication skill and inter-personal skill;
•Required on 24*7 standby on the support.
Work Requirements:
•Bachelor degree or above majoring in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical, or related area.
•Have strong knowledge about telecom communication and with 3 years experienced in the industry
•Good technical knowledge of IP/Transmission network.
•Excellent trouble shooting and problem solving skills.
•Outstanding communication skills and able to liaise with all levels of internal and external customers and personnel.
•Candidate with HCNP, HCNA, HCIE certificate will be added advantage.
5)Transmission Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
•Technical Support of the working TX MW network components;
•Experienced on Huawei & E// MW equipment;
•Determines problems in the network and identifies the nature of the problem. Using early and preventive measures, problems are identified at an early stage and can be settled before becoming severe;
•Reports to BO TX Team Leader and/or BO Manager;
•Providing support to teams (FM) on site to troubleshooting the fault;
•Record and report logs. The logs are made only for internal database purposed, such as Daily Fault Log, Planned Work Monitoring, Complaint Handling, and Problem Summary Log;
•Provide interface to the Customer, Network Field Services, Network Optimization & Performance, Vendor, etc;
•Participate in the trouble ticket process overview and monitor the closure rate against set SLA times;
•During network failure and while the problem still persists, check the SLA time remaining. This is based on the Escalation Matrix;
•Ensure for all tickets outside the SLA are escalated to the Network Operations Engineer;
•Issue and monitor Change Orders implementations to ensure that the intended objectives are achieved;
•Implement Changes to internal business processes, practices and interfaces that have been established and required changes or improvements;
•Understudy External and Internal High Level Support staff and acquire necessary skills to handle Network Operations and maintenance activities;
•Routine maintenance tasks on the network nodes as per the schedule;
•Service desk handling for internal and external customers through incident management.
Work Requirements:
1-Bachelor degree or above majoring in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical, or related area.
2-At least 3 years’ experience in Microwave & telecom field with Proven work experience .
3-Operation & maintenance, Field/Back-office operations experience is mandatory
4-Excellent trouble shooting and problem solving skills.
5-Outstanding communication skills and able to liaise with all levels of internal and external customers and personnel.
