Mission/ Role purpose:

The Senior Consultant is responsible for architecture, design, technical strategy and implementation of a specific project for the customer. She/he leads the Orange design resources assigned to the project.
Builds a trusted relationship with the relevant customer counterparts. He/she takes responsibility of collecting customer business and technical requirements, translating them into an architecture and a technical strategy, evaluates the required consulting effort and delivers as required. Monitors and manages technical client relationships and status of ongoing engagements.
Works closely with engineering teams to finalize technical solution(s) in the context of a specific project with extents to Orange product and managed services enhancements.
Contribute to technical proposal in pre-sales phase (LOE, Proof of Concept and Feasibility)
Contributes to the effort of knowledge management (documentation of completed assignments, knowledge sharing through presentations, participation to consulting Communities of Interest, mentoring, …)
Liaise directly with customer to obtain all relevant technical information for successful design, order validation & project delivery

Responsibilities

Lead the design team assigned on assigned projects.
Stay abreast of technical, financial, strategic and operational issues, options and advancements within the industry relevant to the Orange services portfolio
Maintain a high degree of technical knowledge of relevant Orange’s products, services and solutions
Recognize and assess client key customer business drivers and challenges. Become client trusted advisor and contribute to customer Digital Transformation
Contribute to the sales effort to support the positioning of new complex solutions in ad-hoc area of expertise and practice active consulting (up)selling by positioning and/or deliver billable consulting work to a partner or end-customer, especially when it facilitates the progression towards, or closure of, a deeper partner relationship or a significant end-customer contract. Engage and partner with customers to jointly develop the architecture matching requirements and constraints.
Acting as pre-sales consultant for some of the organic growth activities as needed, Develop project deployment strategy for the consulting delivery related activities and produce the associated level of effort.
Trusted adviser for Design, Build and Operational Collaboration or Network questions, issues or incidents
Articulate service strategy (refine, refresh, change, optimize, …) in the relevant digital domain to customers
Ownership or support on creation of deliverables (Low Level Design, Complex Design documents, Acceptance Test Plan, Migration scenario)
Ownership or support of project consulting blueprints and boilerplates
Produce customized architecture standards if necessary
Provide guidance to internal teams and customers on complex changes, major planned/unplanned activities.
Higher tier support for complex issues and highly escalated incidents. Provide extended knowledge and support on SIP, IP Networking
Provide detailed assessment and audit of existing customer collaboration and network infrastructure
Demonstrated hands-on experience of data gathering and assessment of client infrastructure, delivery of assessment to stakeholders, and planning to resolve the gaps and challenges

Votre profil
Technical skills (partial compliance accepted):

Strong knowledge of Network, IT Services, Mobility, Voice, cloud and integration solutions and technologies.
Hands on experience (build and manage) on WAN, SD-WAN, LAN, Microsoft UCC (On-premises, Hybrid and Online)
Microsoft TEAMS, Skype for business and O365 with enterprise voice feature:
PowerShell administration (creating and applying various policies, using CSV’s, etc.)
Exchange UM administration - Dial plan creation, Auto Attendant configuration, UM-enabling
TEAMS administration (licensing, calling plans, creating custom dial plans, creating and assigning various global and user level policies, building call flows, Skype for Business and TEAMS interoperability modes, CQD, etc.)
Knowledge of Audiocodes Cloud Bond 365, Audiocodes E-SBC, Audiocodes EMS/OVAC, Audiocodes Mediant Gateways and Analog Media Packs etc.
Clear understanding of integration with Ribbon, Audiocodes & other IP PBX devices
Experience of TEAMS integration with Cloud applications, Legacy PBX (Cisco, Avaya, Nortel, etc) and Gateways (Sonus, Audiocodes). 
Additionally essential knowledge of IP telephony, Voice Mails, Unified Communication, data networking, PSTN protocols, SIP, VOIP protocols, TCP/IP and Windows OS.
Very strong technical knowledge in networks and related services
Master of  WAN, LAN, WLAN, routing, switching is expected
Routing: OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, Performance routing, route redistribution, ACL, etc.
SD-WAN:   Cisco, Fortinet.   Palo Alto Prisma SDWAN, Broadcom Velo, are a plus
Switching: VLAN, Trunking, QoS, GLBP, HSRP, VSS, VCP
Wifi: 802 dot standards, MIMO, WLC, Flexconnect, interference, surveys, etc.
Following skills is a plus:
Firewalls, Web filtering, proxies, IPS/IDS, SSL VPN, Cloud security services
Product knowledge: Checkpoint, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Juniper, F5
Cisco SDN products including SDA/DNA, ISE-NAC
API dev
Cloud experience (Azure / AWS / GCP)
Certifications

CCIE or CCNP certification
Fortinet FCE or FCP certification
MS-700 or MS-720 Microsoft Teams Voice Engineer certification or similar level 
Soft Skills and Experience

Fluent in English.  Spanish, Portuguese, and French is a plus
Strong technical skills around telecommunications/IT solutions and services in general / university degree in Communications systems/or Computer Science or equivalent
Related work experience in customer facing organizations within the IT and Telecom industry (channels, local representations working directly with customer management)
Able to communicate effectively to customer senior management
Demonstrated strong technical leadership and matrix team management capabilities in a multi-national environment
Proven track record in driving and positioning technical strategy to customers’ needs at multiple levels including at senior IT/CxO level
Record of meeting deadlines & completing assigned duties (result oriented)
Ability to handle complex situations (internal and customer facing)
Must be comfortable jumping from one vendor and/or technology to another and able to dive into the details of configuration and specific features
Expert level in the integration and implementation of at least one specific digital domain
Excellent business and commercial understanding
Working knowledge of financial management (P&L, TCO, ROI, …)
Consultancy and service delivery experience in the industry
Program and/or project management skills are a plus.
